Indoor cycling is a group exercise class done on stationary bikes. During the class the instructor simulates a ride. Together, you travel on flat roads, climb hills, sprint and race! It is truly a fantastic cardiovascular class.
In this boot camp class, you will burn fat along with calories in a circuit style training. Each exercise will help improve your your daily motions by working functional movements. Great positive atmosphere with great people, come join us!
Trim-N-Tone during your lunch break. This forty-minute class will give you a full body workout. Interval weight training on arms, legs, and abs. we even throw in a little Zumba from time to time.
This intermediate, vigorous exercise program is a great cardiovascular workout. This class will improve muscle tone and strength.
SilverSneakers group exercise classes are appropriate for older adults who are fit and active as well as those who are sedentary, unfamiliar with exercise, entering post-rehabilitation programs and ALL those who enjoy a positive, upbeat social environment.
