This Intermediate, vigorous exercise program is a great cardiovascular workout.  this class will improve muscle tone and your strength.

Indoor cycling is a group exercise class done on stationary bikes. During the class the instructor simulates a ride. Together, you travel on flat roads, climb hills, sprint and race! It is truly a fantastic cardiovascular class.

In this boot camp class, you will burn fat along with calories in a circuit style training. Each exercise will help improve your your daily motions by working functional movements. Great positive atmosphere with great people, come join us!

SilverSneakers group exercise classes are appropriate for older adults who are fit and active as well as those who are sedentary, unfamiliar with exercise, entering post-rehabilitation programs and ALL those who enjoy a positive, upbeat social environment.

 

These classes are ongoing and open to Trumbull Family Fitness and SilverSneaker Members. No pre-registration required. Instructors and class times are subject to change.

Trim-N-Tone during your lunch break. This forty-minute class will give you a full body workout. Interval weight training on arms, legs, and abs. we even throw in a little Zumba from time to time.

When you choose tap dancing classes as your aerobic workout to help in your weight loss efforts, you are essentially adding a new hobby. Tap dancing burns approximately 315 calories per hour. Tap dancing really works your whole body, while simultaneously giving you a full cardiovascular  workout with every class. Take tap dancing as far as your passion for it allows, realizing that it is a great tool in your weight loss efforts.

These classes are mostly for those looking for a light strength and flexibility workout including members of all ages. This class is a good way to see the benefits as a beginner. Your instructor will adjust to each individual's needs and goals for those seeking a more intense workout.

Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. Zumba is not only great for the body, but it is also great for the mind. It is a ‘feel happy’ workout.”
