Indoor cycling is a group exercise class done on stationary bikes. During the class the instructor simulates a ride. Together, you travel on flat roads, climb hills, sprint and race! It is truly a fantastic cardiovascular class.

SilverSneakers group exercise classes are appropriate for older adults who are fit and active as well as those who are sedentary, unfamiliar with exercise, entering post-rehabilitation programs and ALL those who enjoy a positive, upbeat social environment.
These classes are ongoing and open to Trumbull Family Fitness and SilverSneaker Members. No pre-registration required. Instructors and class times are subject to change.
Classes are mostly for those looking for a light strength and flexibility workout including members of all ages. Good way to see the benefits as a beginner. Instructor will also adjust to individual needs and goals for those seeking a more intense workout.

Trim-N-Tone during your lunch break. This forty-minute class will give you a full body workout. Interval weight training on arms, legs, and abs. we even throw in a little Zumba from time to time.

This Intermediate, vigorous exercise program is a great cardiovascular workout. this class will improve muscle tone and your strength.
